new plans!
We got new plans from DJ today. (Real, official drafted in AutoCAD plans, not just my cheesy Illustrator sketches.) We are excited to see things become more solidified, but there still need to be changes made. (That's why I'm not going to post the house plans yet.) Not to mention nothing is going to happen if this dang lot split doesn't go through! We're still waiting...

It's great to see that all your hard work is moving you forward. Getting all the approvals is definitely the hardest part. Hopefully things will move much more quickly once you are ready to begin construction. Good luck!
